Contractors All Risks Insurance

Contractors All Risks insurance covers the building works, plant, tools, temporary buildings and materials on an all risks basis whilst on site, in transit, temporarily stored off site and in other specified locations.

The extent of cover given depends on the responsibilities accepted under the contract signed or agreed for each site/contract involved. Standard JCT contracts and the like outline these responsibilities and our staff would be glad to discuss all aspects of this cover with any prospective client.
